Statutes of the Fund 1. The statutes of the Fund shall be determined by the Conference. 2. The statutes shall determine inter alia the share capital and the resources authorized for the Fund, members’ contributions, the rules governing the payment of contributions and the currencies in which they are payable, the functioning, organization and management of the Fund and any related and subsidiary questions.
