The lodging of an appeal before the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration shall stay any
proceedings pending before the highest appellate national Court. However this rule does not
concern the enforcement of the decision under appeal. Any such proceedings may only be
relisted after the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration has declared its lack of jurisdiction.
