The resumption of acts and commitments undertaken on behalf of the cooperative being
formedshall be subject to a special resolution of the constituent general meetingpassed under
the conditions laid down by this Uniform Act.
The meeting shall be fully informed on the nature and scope of each of the acts and
commitments that have to be passed on. Individuals who have undertaken such acts and
commitments shall not vote and their vote shall not be taken into account for the calculation of
quorum and majority.
