In the event the cooperative changes the address of the registered office within the territorial
jurisdiction of another administrative authority in charge of the Register of Cooperatives, the
latter shall seek:

its removal from the Register of Cooperatives in the jurisdiction of its initial registration;

A new registration at the Register of Cooperatives in the jurisdiction where it moves after
the authority in the new jurisdiction has verified that the former registration has been deleted.
For this purpose, the cooperative must provide the information and documents referred to in
Articles 75 and 76 above.
These formalities shall be carried out by the cooperative concerned within one month of the
relocation.
