The extraordinary general meeting shall deliberate validly where two-thirds of the members of
the cooperative with a board of directors are present or represented.
When a quorum is not reached, the meeting may be convened again within a period which may
not exceed two months from the date fixed by the first convocation; in this case, it may validly
deliberate with at least half of the members present or represented.
