Within the meaning of this Article, the following individuals shall be considered relatives of a
member of the administration and management committee:
1) the spouse, first-degree relatives or first degree relatives of the spouse;
2) the individual to whom the member is related or the cooperative of individuals with
whom he has relations;
3) the legal entity which is controlled individually or collectively by the member, his
spouse or first-degree relatives;
4) The legal entity holder of at least ten percent of the voting rights conferred by shares
issued or at least ten percent of such shares.
