1) record that the capital is fully subscribed;
2) adopt the articles of the cooperative with a board of directors;
3) appoint the first directors;
4) decide on acts undertaken on behalf of the cooperative being formed on the basis of a
report prepared by the founding members;
5) Give, where appropriate, the mandate to one or several members of the board of directors
to make commitments on behalf of the cooperative with a board of directors before its
registration at the Register of Cooperatives under the conditions set forth in Article 97 of
this Uniform Act.
