Concerning third-party shares, the transfer shall only be possible with the consent of the
majority of members who are not transferors.
Themembers shall be notified of the assignment project of the cooperative.
If the cooperative did not communicate its decision within three months of the notification
referred to in the paragraph above, consent to the transfer is deemed granted.
