The Articles of Association shall freely set the procedures for the transfer of the membership
shares between members. Failing this, the transfer of shares between members shall be free.
The Articles of Association shall also provide procedures for transmission of membership shares
between spouses, ascendants and descendants provided that transferees share the common bond
that unites members.
