Funds thus deposited shall not be available until the day of the registration of the cooperative at
the Register of Cooperatives. From that day onwards, they shall be put at the disposal of the
management committee appointed in the Articles of Association or in a subsequent instrument.
Where the cooperative may not be registered within the period of six months from the first day
of the deposit of funds, contributors may, either individually, or through a proxy representing
all of them, request the withdrawal of their contribution funds to the chairman of the competent
court.
The contributors may also, individually or collectively, request the authorization for individual
withdrawal of their contributions to the authority in charge of cooperatives.
