The articles of a simplified cooperative must necessarily contain the assessment of each in-kind
contribution. Such assessment shall be made under the supervision of the parent cooperative if
there is one.
Where necessary, any cooperative may seize the competent court, and failing that, the authority in
charge of cooperatives so as to appoint an expert to assess in-kind contributions. The appointed
expert shall prepare a report to be appended to the articles.
The remuneration of the expert shall be borne by the members unless the cooperative
reimburses expenses already incurred.
