SECTION 194

The liquidator shall be liable to the cooperative and third parties for damaging consequences resulting from his misconduct during the performance of his duties. Derivative or individual suitfor civil liability against the liquidator shall lapse after three years, from the date of the damaging fact or from the date of its disclosure in case it was concealed. However, when the fact is deemed a felony, the lawsuit shall lapse after a period of ten years.
