The completion of the liquidation must take place within a period of three years starting from
the moment the cooperative is dissolved.
Failing this, the public prosecutor or any interested party may seize the competent court within
the jurisdiction in which the registered office of the cooperativeis located so as to proceed with
the cooperative liquidation or, if under way, its completion.
