The cooperative shall be underliquidationfor any reason whatsoever from the moment of its
dissolution.
The words “cooperativeunderliquidation” as well as the name of the liquidator must appear on
all acts and documents of the cooperative, including all letters, invoices, notices and various
publications to be sent to individuals other than members.
