An individual suit shall be a suit for damages due to losses suffered by a third party or a member,
when the latter suffers losses distinct from those suffered by the cooperative as a result of
individual or collective misconductof officers in the performance of their duties.
Such lawsuit shall be filed by the individual who suffered the loss.
