Without prejudice to potential liability of the cooperative, every officer shall be individually
liable to third parties for misconduct in the performance of his duties.
Where several cooperative officers are involved in collective misconduct, they shall be jointly
liable to third parties. However, with respect to relations among the officers, the competent court
shall determine the share to be borne by each of them in apportioning damages to be paid.
