SECTION 650

Shares cancellation shall be evidenced,where they are in a nominativeinstruments,by an entry in the company nominativeshareregister. In the case of bearer shares, the cancellation of shares shall be evidenced by a transfer to an account opened in the name of the company, either within the company or withan intermediary.
