The general organizationmeeting shall be called at the behestof the founders after the
establishment of the notarial statement of subscription and payment of funds.
The notice of meeting shall be sent by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered
mail with request for acknowledgement of receiptand shall state the agenda, venue, date and time
of the meeting.
The notice of meeting shall be addressed to each subscriber, at least fifteen (15) days before the
date of the meeting.
