The first managers and the membersto whom the invalidityof the company is attributable shall be
jointly and severally liable to the other partners and to third-partiesfor the damage resulting from
the cancellation.
Civil liability suit shall be time-barred after three (3) years from the date the cancellationdecision
became res judicata.
