SECTION 227

The term of office of the liquidator shall not exceed three (3) years renewable bya court order at the request of the liquidator. P. 69 of 267 In his renewal application, the liquidator shall state the reasons why the liquidation was not completed, the measures he intends to put in place and the time needed for the completion of the liquidation.
