From the date of signature of the articles of association or, where applicable, of the general organization meeting,the companymanagementshall replacethe founders. They shall act on behalf of the company formed, but not yet registered with the registry of commerce and securities. Their powers and obligations are setin accordance with the provisions of this uniform Act and, where appropriate, of thearticles of association.
