Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 5

SECTION 883

The economic interest group shall be dissolved: 1°) at the end of the term; 2°) by the realization or extinction of its object; 3°) by decision of its members under the conditions laid down in Article 877 of this Uniform Act; 4°) by a reasoned court decision; 5°) by death of a natural person or dissolution of a corporate person member of the economic interest group, unless otherwise provided for in the contract.
