SECTION 882

Any company or association whose object corresponds to the definition of the economic interest group may be transformed into an economic interest group. It shall not be necessary to wind up the company or to set up a new corporate person. An economic interest group may be transformed into a private company without having to wind up the group or to set up a new corporate person.
