The directors or the Managing Director, according to the circumstances, shall be jointly or
severally liable to the company or to third parties either for the offences committed in violation
of the laws and regulations applicable to public limited companies or for violation of the
provisions of the Articles of Association or for wrongs committed in their management.
Where many directors took part in the commission of the same acts, the competent court shall
determine the contribution of each of them in the award of the damages.
