Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 3 › Chapter 10

SECTION 72

The Articles of Association may be amended under the conditions stipulated by this Uniform Act for each form of company. It shall be forbidden to increase a member’s commitments without his consent.
