Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 1 › Chapter 5

SECTION 668

The competent court before which an action is brought for the winding up of the company may grant the company a maximum period of six months to regularize the situation. The court shall not order the winding up of a company where such regularization is made on the day it is examining the case on its merits.
