SECTION 666

The resolution of the extraordinary general meeting shall be deposited at the registry of the court responsible for commercial matters of the place of the registered office and entered in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register. The resolution shall be published in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices of the place of the registered office.
