Creditors of the company with claim prior to the depositing with the registry of the court in
charge of commercial matters the minutes of the proceedings of the general meeting which
ordered or authorized the reduction of capital as well as debenture holders, may object to the
reduction of the capital of the company where such reduction is not justified by losses.
