In the case of companies in which sole proprietorship is not allowed by this Uniform Act, the
ownership of all the shares by a single person shall not entail the automatic dissolution of the
company. Any interested party may apply to the president of the competent court for such
dissolution where the situation is not regularised within one year. The court may grant the
company a maximum period of six months to regularize the situation. The court may not order
the dissolution where, on the date of its judgment on the merits of the case, the situation has
been regularised.
