Where the Managing Director is temporarily prevented from attending to his duties, the said duties shall be performed temporarily by the assistant managing director. Where an assistant managing director has not been appointed, the duties of the managing director shall be performed temporarily by any person that the ordinary general meeting of shareholders deems appropriate to appoint. In the case of death or resignation of the Managing Director, his duties shall be performed by the assistant managing director until the appointment of a new managing director by the very next ordinary general meeting of shareholders.
