The ordinary general meeting of shareholders may grant the managing director a fixed annual
duty allowance as remuneration for his activities.
The meeting may also grant the Managing Director special remuneration for missions and tasks
entrusted to him, or authorize the reimbursement of travel and subsistence costs and expenses
incurred in the interest of the company.
Benefits in kind granted him, where necessary, shall be fixed in like manner as his remuneration.
