A private limited company may be dissolved for the same reasons applicable to all companies.
A private limited company shall not be dissolved where one of the members has been banned,
is bankrupt or incapacitated.
Unless otherwise stipulated by the Articles of Association, it shall not be dissolved following
the death of a member.
