Where decisions are taken in a general meeting, the said meeting shall be convened by the
manager or one of the managers at least fifteen days before the meeting is held, by hand-
delivered letter against a receipt or by registered letter with request for acknowledgement of
receipt, by telex or by telefax.
The convening notice shall indicate the date, venue and agenda of the meeting.
Any general meeting convened improperly may be annulled. However, the action for
annulment shall be inadmissible where all the partners were present or represented.
