In the event of violation of the prohibition mentioned in the preceding article, the liability of
the sleeping partner(s) shall, be unlimited, joint and several with that of the active partners for
the company’s debts and commitments resulting from any acts of management performed by
them.
Depending on the number and gravity of these acts, they may be liable for all commitments of
the company or only for some of them.
