SECTION 289

Notwithstanding the above right of communication in respect of the annual general meeting, the floor members shall have the right to consult at the registered office, twice a year, all books and accounting documents as well as the minutes of meetings and collective decisions. They may obtain copies thereof at their expense. They shall inform the managers of their intention to exercise this right at least fifteen days in advance by a hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered letter with request for acknowledgement of receipt, by telex or telefax. They shall have the right to seek the assistance of a professional accountant or an auditor at their expense.
