Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 3

SECTION 286

Where decisions are taken in a general meeting, such general meeting shall be convened by the manager(s) at least fifteen days before the meeting by hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by registered letter with request for acknowledgement of receipt. The convening notice shall indicate the date, venue and agenda of the meeting. Any improperly convened meeting may be annulled. However, the action for annulment shall be inadmissible where all the members were present or represented.
