Publication formalities shall be carried out at the instance and on the responsibility of the legal
representatives of each company.
Where the publication formality not concerning the formation of a company or the amendment
of its Articles of Association has been omitted or has been improperly done and the company
has not regularized the situation within a period of one month from the date of formal notice
addressed to it, any interested party may apply to the president of the competent court to
designate through summary proceedings an agent to carry out the publication formality.
