The company shall be bound by the acts of its managers, directors and administrators which are
unrelated to the company’s object, unless it can prove that the third party was aware of this fact,
or that, given the circumstances, the third party could not have been unaware of it; publication
of the Articles of Association shall not alone suffice to constitute such proof.
