In the case of a pledge of partnership rights and transferable securities of a trading company
and all those which are transferable from any other legal person, the registrar or the competent
official in the State Party shall also make mention thereof in the individual file of the natural or
legal person whose rights or transferable securities are concerned with the registration of the
pledge.
