This Uniform Act shall be published in the Official Gazette of OHADA within sixty days from
the date of its adoption. It shall also be published by any appropriate means or in the Official
Gazette of each State Party. It shall enter into force ninety days as from the date of publication
in the Official Gazette of OHADA in conformity with article 9 of the Treaty relating to the
harmonization of business law in Africa signed in Port Louis on 17 October 1993 as amended
in Quebec on 17 October 2008.
