This Uniform Act which repeals the Uniform Act of 17 April 1997 on the organization of
securities shall apply only to securities granted or constituted after its entry into force.
Any security granted or constituted or created prior to this Uniform Act and in conformity with
the laws in force at the time shall remain subjected to the said laws until its extinction.
