The publication of any conventional mortgage securing a short term loan may be deferred for a
period not longer than ninety days without the creditor losing the rank he has acquired.
For this purpose, the creditor shall comply with the special provisions laid down to that effect
by the rules governing the publication of matters of land tenure in respect of mortgages to secure
short term loans provided for by the national laws of the place where the property is situated.
