SECTION 65

Where the debtor is present during the attachment exercise, the bailiff or process server shall verbally remind him of the contents of Article s 64 (6) and (7) above. A copy of the report bearing the same signatures as the original report shall immediately be handed to him; such handing over shall be equivalent to proper service. Where the debtor was not present during the attachment process, a copy of the report shall be given to him allowing him a period of eight (8) days within which to inform the bailiff or process server of any details relating to all previous attachments and to send him the report thereof.
