The certificate provided for in the preceding article shall be served on the successful bidder within five days of service; publication of such service shall be made with a view to the new auction sale. The posters and entries shall show the full names and residence of the irresponsible bidder, the amount of the auction, a reserve price fixed by the pursuing creditor and the date when the new auction sale shall take place shall be mentioned in the terms of reference that were previously filed. The time limit between the new publication and the sale shall be within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days and not more than thirty (30) days.
