Any party with a personal right on attached property in his hands shall inform the bailiff or
process-server thereof by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other means
with written proof, except where he has made a declaration thereof at the time of the attachment.
The distrainor shall, within a period of one month, bring any dispute before the court of the
place of residence or place of abode of the holder.
The property shall be inalienable during the hearing.
Where no objection is raised within a period of one month, the inalienability shall lapse.
