The property may be apprehended upon the mere presentation of the court ruling ordering
delivery of same to the petitioner. A deed of apprehension shall be drawn up in conformity with
the provisions of Article 221 above. A copy of the deed shall be handed or notified to the third
party by registered mail with an acknowledgment of receipt or by any other means with written
proof.
After removal, the person required to deliver shall be informed thereof as specified in the
provisions of Article s 222 and 223 above, as the case may be.
