The trustee and all parties who participated in the administration of the proceedings are
prohibited from purchasing personally, either directly, indirectly, or amicably or through a court-
ordered sale, all or part of the movable or immovable assets of the debtor who is under
preventive settlement, reorganization or assets liquidation proceedings.
