SECTION 3

Conciliation, preventive settlement, reorganization and assets liquidation fall under the jurisdiction of the court that deals with bankruptcy proceedings. This court shall also be empowered to collect information on all disputes arising out of the bankruptcy procedure, those on which the bankruptcy proceedings have a legal influence as well as those related to personal bankruptcy and other sanctions with the exception of disputes which are exclusively within the jurisdiction of the administrative, criminal and social courts. Each State party shall be responsible for designating, as appropriate, the courts that have jurisdiction to adjudicate procedures governed by this Uniform act.
