ThisUniform actshallbe published in the OfficialGazetteofOHADA and in theStates Parties within
sixty (60) days from the date of its adoption.It shall enter into force ninety (90) days following the
date of its publication in the OHADA Official Gazette pursuant to Article 9 of the Treaty on the
Harmonization of Business Law in Africa.
