The decision to close due to debts write-off shall entail the rehabilitation of the debtor where
debts are written off under the conditions set forth in Article 178 above.
To be automatically rehabilitated, the member who is jointly and severally liable for the debts of a
legal entity declared insolvent shall demonstrate that he has paid off, under the same conditions,
all the debts of the legal entity, even where a special arrangementhadbeen granted.
